Facility Solutions provided a program management solution to Yum! Brands equipment cooperative RSCS on behalf of KFC. The program involved store surveys, BOH redesigns, equipment ordering, and program management for 4,300 locations over a 15 month period. Facility Solutions’ crews also performed over 2,100 of the packline installations. Over 56,000 pieces of food service equipment were managed and deployed.
